Ahmedabad's Leading Advertising Agency is looking for Client Servicing Executive
Responsibilities :
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., social media team, graphic designer, video editor) to ensure client requirements are meet.
• Prepare and deliver presentations or reports to clients, showcasing the organization's products or services.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to handle client complaints or escalations, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor's activities to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
Eligibility Criteria :
Only Ahmedabad-based candidates or who are willing to relocate to Ahmedabad are requested to apply
• Experience: 1 to 2 years of working in an ADVERTISING AGENCY. Freshers can also apply
• Industry based package
• Skilled in social media, relationship management & proficiency in English, Hindi & Gujarati
