Description
Responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and providing excellent customer service. Plays a crucial role in supporting the Business Head and teams in the successful planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
Responsibilities: Client Servicing
• Assist in managing client inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Support the client servicing team in building and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with team members to gather and document client requirements and expectations.
• Help prepare client presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Contribute to monitoring and tracking project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
• Assist in conducting market research and competitive analysis to provide insights to clients.
• Contribute to client meetings, taking notes, and tracking action items.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing client contracts, agreements, and other documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination with clients.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of client retention strategies.
• Supporting lead generation activities.
• Support business development activities via phone calls, emails and newsletters.
Responsibilities: Project Management
• Assist Business Head in creating and maintaining project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Collaborate with team members to gather project requirements, identify dependencies, and document project specifications.
• Support project managers in coordinating and scheduling project meetings, including preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, and tracking action items.
• Assist in monitoring project progress, tracking key milestones, and updating project status reports.
• Conduct research and analysis on project-related topics, including industry trends, best practices, and potential risks.
• Help maintain project documentation and files, ensuring they are organized and accessible to project team members.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and maintain project communication channels, such as project management software or collaboration tools.
• Assist in identifying and assessing project risks and developing risk mitigation strategies.
• Support the project team in managing project resources, including coordinating equipment, materials, and external vendors or contractors.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by suggesting process enhancements and participating in post-project evaluations.
Educational Requirements & Soft Skills:
• MBA / Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is typically required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage and interact with clients.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities to address client concerns and resolve issues satisfactorily.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
• Ability in using CRM software or client management systems to track interactions and manage client data.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations.
