Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing Executive in Mumbai. The Client Servicing Executive will be responsible for day-to-day client communication, managing client relationships, creating presentations, providing excellent customer service, and managing accounts.
Qualifications
• Client Services and Account Management skills
• Proven experience in managing and nurturing client relationships
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines
• Positive attitude, team-oriented, and passionate about client satisfaction
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the advertising, marketing, or creative industry is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
