Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused individual to join our Client Servicing Team. If you're a seasoned professional with a passion for the events industry and a knack for building lasting client relationships, we want to hear from you. Take the lead in understanding client needs, crafting proposals, and ensuring flawless event execution.
Responsibilities:
• Understand client requirements, project briefs, and event objectives.
• Identify clients' business needs and challenges and formulate proposals accordingly.
• Prepare and deliver proposal presentations to clients.
• Negotiate terms with clients and effectively close deals.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and the Operations & Creative teams.
• Participate in event planning, ensuring deadlines are met and coordination between operations and creative teams.
• Provide prompt and systematic servicing of all business inquiries, ensuring smooth execution of events.
• Address customer requirements and provide timely solutions.
• Develop innovative strategies to retain key clients.
• Regularly review and manage key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Handle escalations and delivery turnaround times effectively.
• Strive for 100% client satisfaction in every project execution.
• Utilize client feedback for continuous improvement and innovation.
• Manage post-event formalities including sending reports, gathering feedback, and obtaining testimonials from clients.
Requirements:
• 2 to 7 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in the events industry.
• Fair knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
• Confident in conducting meetings and handling briefs.
• Cordial and approachable demeanor.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
