JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Client Servicing Representative, the responsibilities will include:
• Developing and executing the Trade & BTL Marketing strategy of various Brands to
achieve defined business objectives (KPIs)
• Managing Brand communication for BTL activations for multiple products aligned with
corporate Brand strategy
• Ensuring the proper development, execution, and bench-marking of all Trade and BTL
Programs designed to Increase Brand Visibility of Clients we look after and Top
of Mind Awareness and Recall for the Brand
• Leading trade marketing initiatives to ensure a proper strategy is in place to meet
both brand and customer expectations for our respected Clients
• Designing & implementing BTL marketing plans for augmenting the business volume by
enhancing brand visibility, top of mind awareness & recall.
• Implementing and evaluating both trade and consumer promotions for the priority channels on
time and within budget to maximize the return on investment and ensure adequate
levels of trade and consumer participation
• Creating and maintaining the trade marketing calendar of activities and special
promotions in coordination with both the Sales & Marketing teams.
• Implementing and tracking Trade Marketing programs for distributors and retailers designed to increase Sales, Category Presence, Brand Visibility, and Brand Awareness
• Monitoring and evaluating Trade Marketing Programs and BTL Campaigns and activities to
measure effectiveness and recommendation of improvements as needed
• Analyzing brand sell-through results by channel and make recommendations to increase sales
• Interacting with internal & external stakeholders to ensure execution as per the
defined guidelines.
• Coordinating with the digital marketing agency to ensure Trade Marketing and BTL Point of
Sale Promotion Activity and Display promoted online on social media
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Knowledge of handling Sales / Channel / Marketing or more specifically related with
Channel Marketing / Trade Marketing / BTL Marketing
• Excellent knowledge of Marketing, Consumer buying behavior & Channel development
• Strong competence in BTL advertising marketing as well as deep knowledge of BTL
advertising suppliers.
• Should possess a dynamic and professional approach with extensive operational experience
• Energetic, versatile, and a creative problem-solver
• A talented, flexible individual with the ability to multitask, exercise initiative and work effectively under pressure, paying strong attention to detail
• Effective communications, presentation, interpersonal supervisory customer relations
skills
• Expertise in MS Office, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Comprehensible organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and negotiating skills.
• Willing to accept responsibilities & take initiative.
• Ability to work under pressure, ability to meet short deadlines i.e. turn around work
in tight deadlines
• Hindi speaking and knowledge of vernacular languages would act as an added advantage.
