Deep Dive Media Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a professional and courteous client servicing executive with great people skills to help our business prioritise existing customers and the new customers. Client Servicing Executive will be responsible to handle all client queries, concerns and complaints.
Job Responsibilities
The client servicing executive’s responsibilities include collaborating with the relevant departments to better address client needs, providing regular updates reporting manager.Regularly interacting with clients through telephone calls, email communication.Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.Act as a communication bridge between our team and client-sideApproach clients and advertisers for business growth.

Qualification
Bachelor’s / Masters in the relevant field.
