Key Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and delivery of services.
Understand client requirements, provide solutions, and ensure timely execution of projects.
Support in creating project proposals, reports, and updates.
Coordinate with the creative, production, and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Handle routine client interactions, addressing queries and escalating issues when necessary.
Assist in brainstorming and implementing strategies to meet client objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or related roles in advertising or marketing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A team player with a proactive approach and problem-solving mindset.
Candidate should be based in Mumbai
