Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound calls in a timely manner
• Greet client and follow the standard communication “scripts” when handling different clients
• Identify clients’ needs, clarify information, and answer client’s queries.
• Understand the Clients concerns and schedule their appointment with an appropriate psychologist according to the client’s preference in terms of day and time.
• Post booking the appointment, educate & explain standard procedure for First consultation to the client.
• The CSE needs to send a confirmation message to the client post booking the appointment.
• Place outbound calls to verify customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with set standards of customer service when conversing with clients
• Assist customers in resolving any issues related to our services
• Assist Psychologist in resolving any issue related to clients.
• Coordinate with the client on call to book follow up appointments.
• Regularly maintaining records of the scheduled & confirmed appointments in the Digital Dairy
• Go the extra mile to build and maintain positive relationship with clients
Ideal Candidate Will Be:
• 0 – 1 year of work experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of clients.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Training Period: 45 days (Stipend
