On a look out for a Account Executive - Client Servicing to work with a leading digital media agency in Mumbai
• Understand client briefs and deliver effectively.
• Showcase industry understanding and knowledge.
• Be the lead on the Account and must have digital knowledge.
• Managing social media execution (creating calendar/daily posting/approvals from Client/ creating monthly reports / pitching ideas).
• Contribute towards strategy with Consumer understanding, competitive updates, Insights etc. for effective social media and digital strategies for the Brand.
• Supervise and Direct creative and other key aspects of the brand deliverables to the internal project / delivery teams.
• Timely and effective reporting.
• Proactive campaign suggestions on the Brands.
• Skills required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• First class organisational skills
• A pro-active approach to creative projects
• Experience of working as part of a team
• A keen eye for detail and an understanding of budget restraints
• Full awareness of creative processes and techniques – including digital platforms
• Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a cool outlook
• A personable and professional character that will allow you to build client rapport
• The confidence to give clients trust in your work
