Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the creative team.
Understand client requirements thoroughly and translate them into clear briefs for the design and content teams.
Coordinate and manage end-to-end project execution across social media, branding, and print media.
Work closely with designers to create brochures, logos, and other marketing materials as per client specifications.
Ensure timely delivery of campaigns and creative assets with a strong focus on quality and brand alignment.
Provide regular updates to clients and gather feedback for revisions and approvals.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Handle multiple accounts and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of client servicing experience in a social media agency or related field.
Hands-on experience with print media, including brochure and logo design workflows.
Understanding of design aesthetics and branding principles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (designers, copywriters, strategists).
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
Familiarity with basic design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, etc.) is a plus.
Prior experience in branding or identity design projects is an advantage.
