Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and project execution.
• Understand client briefs and translate them into actionable, detailed project plans.
• Drive client satisfaction by anticipating their needs and addressing challenges promptly.
• Identify and pursue soft sales opportunities, fostering long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver digital marketing solutions aligned with client goals.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the digital marketing industry trends and solutions.
• Identifying and making promotional/marketing offers to potential clients
• Achieving the monthly/yearly revenue targets
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in client servicing, account management, or sales roles within the digital marketing industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, trends, and strategies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create detailed plans, set deadlines, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Proactive approach to identifying and resolving client challenges.
• Work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project success.
