Job Profile : Client Servicing (Conferences/ Events)
Function : Coordinating speakers and internal teams, pre and post event operations
Location : Mumbai
Joining : 30 days
Education : Graduation Experience : 3 - 5 years
Working Days : Monday – Friday (Sat and Sun fixed off) Shift timings : 12pm – 9pm

Job Responsibilities:
· Coordinate end-to-end speaker pack communication including guidelines, timelines, and deliverables
· Share, track, and follow up on speaker packs, presentation templates, and session requirements
· Ensure all speaker information is accurate, updated, and aligned across internal systems
· Coordinate post-event deliverables including session decks, Forms, certificates, and feedback
· Ensure all post-production data is properly updated and archived
· Maintain structured trackers for speaker status, approvals, and submissions
· Work closely with sales, marketing, content, design, operations, and production teams
· Ensure all teams are aligned on speaker details, session flow, and deliverables
· Communicate updates, changes, and deadlines clearly to all stakeholders
· Support internal reviews and approvals by sharing updated information in real time
· Demonstrates excellent client coordination, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery of all requirements
· Maintains seamless client coordination throughout the production and post-production lifecycle

Required Skills & Qualifications:
· 3–5 years of experience in client servicing, event production, or conference management
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
· Strong experience in speaker and sponsor coordination
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
· Highly organized with strong attention to detail
· Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
· Experience working in conferences, exhibitions, media, or B2B events
· Prior exposure to international speakers or sponsors is an advantage
