About The Internship
The selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Engage closely with clients and partners to address and resolve their queries and concerns promptly and efficiently.
• Provide support through various channels such as calls, emails, and on-site visits, ensuring client issues are understood and resolved effectively.
• Liaise with internal teams and external entities to facilitate the resolution of client queries and concerns.
• Prepare and share daily and weekly reports detailing the tasks undertaken, issues resolved, and the status of ongoing concerns.
• Collect regular feedback from clients to understand their level of satisfaction and areas requiring improvement.
