Role Summary

We’re seeking a Client Servicing Manager to manage client relationships, oversee event coordination, and ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

 Understand client needs and manage events end-to-end

 Lead and guide the servicing team  Resolve client issues promptly

 Ensure quality, compliance, and smooth communication

Requirements

 5+ years in event/client servicing

 Strong communication and multitasking skills

 Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field will be a plus.
