Own relationships with HR & marketing leaders at 2–4 key accounts.
• Scope, budget, and deliver - annual days, conferences, award nights, launches, employee celebrations, branding events. Own the project end-to-end.
• Coordinate across creative, design, production, and vendors.
• Track timelines, budgets, approvals, and on-site execution.
• Upsell/cross-sell new formats and services to clients.
• Deliver post-event reports and insights.
• Ensure clear, timely, and structured communication with clients.
