impactful events.
Position: Client Service Manager/ Key Account Manager
Location: Bangalore
· Ensure that all business opportunities are fully captured and explored.
· Ensuring timely response and excellent level of client service to all enquiries and active projects.
· Travel; attain meetings with prospect clients as per business requirements.
· Creating and presenting business presentations. ( Pitch & existing account proposal )
· Negotiating & winning business and handing over accounts to the project manager.
· Developing strong relationship with existing clients and develop other opportunities.
· Active participation in building and managing virtual event project plan
· Manage all event-related deliverable submission deadlines and approvals
· Updating creative team on Credentials, Show reels, Website, Newsletters and other tools.
· Ensure delivery of post-event communication roll-out in a timely manner
· Attend post-event debrief and provide necessary event data
· Key Account Management- Key Performance Indicators
· Achieve quarterly revenue targets
· Account mapping and Client Meetings
· Client relationship and retention
· Business generation from key accounts
· Process compliance and report generation
· Oversee event onsite
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Any Graduate / MBA
Profile: Client servicing / Key account Management
Experience: 2-7 years of experience preferably from Event Industry
