The Business Development personnel shall be responsible for the following roles and responsibilities: Minimum of 7 years of experience in event management business development. Responsible for pitching and onboarding fresh clients. Responsible for developing pool of clients and strategise pitches accordingly. Ensuring 100% familiarity on the Walk CredentialsDevelop Presentation skills and knowledge on proposals. To be capable of making presentations and costs with minimum support.Typing the minutes of the meeting precisely during a meeting.Sending out the service report on the same day as the meeting.Assisting in Preparing Costing, Budget sheets and closure reports.Understanding to give the creative brief to the designer (Creative Team).Being on site at all times during and before an event/activation to learn the technical equipment and fabrication part of the event/activation.Quality check on prints, giveaways, and collateral is a priority.Making the post-event report and ensuring the client gets the event pictures and videos with the event sticker on it within 48hours of the event.To research interesting campaigns happening in the market and share the same with the client servicing team.Assisting Reporting ManagerGood
