Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in New Delhi with flexibility for some remote work. Your day-to-day tasks will involve tender bidding, preparing and delivering presentations to clients, coordinating with different stakeholders, planning, managing, and implementing projects/work, and maintaining communication with clients both before and after the award of work.
Qualifications
• Proven skills in Client Services, Client Relations, and Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent communication skills.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the Event Industry
• Experience dealing with Government Departments and Ministries
• Proficient in making and delivering presentations
• Understanding of Event related Tenders and the tendering process
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
• Master/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Job description
Connect with the client once the introduction meeting is successfully done
Work on the brief received and do a brief meeting with the client to understand the requirements of the event.
Do brief discussion meeting with the respective team
Brainstorming with Creative team and start working on the presentation/PPT
Coordinate with Creative team for the designs
Coordinate with Sales Coordinator for the availability of Hotels and Artists as per the brief.
Coordinate with Ops & Production Team for the estimates.
Pitch presentation to the client with the motive to win the event.
Once we win the project, start working for the successful delivery of the event.
Align time-to-time Project Meetings for the event.
Be present to assist during the execution of the event.
Collect the photos and videos of the event from the photographer and share them with the respective person within the team. Make sure it is shared with the client.
Act as a point of contact for the client from Day 1 till the date of delivery of the event.
