We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Solutions Specialist to join our team at Deutsche Bank. As a key member of our SaaS platform implementation team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding and adoption of our solutions by clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a trusted partner for clients, providing training and support to ensure they maximize the capabilities of our platform.
• Participate in agile teams as an Implementation Owner, delivering product builds to support business growth and strategy.
• Explain technical and functional requirements of products to clients, perform client demo sessions, and troubleshoot client solutions.
Requirements:
• Experience managing SaaS platforms in a similar role, particularly in fintech or banking solutions.
• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, cloud infrastructure, monitoring tools, and enterprise technology integration.
• Hands-on experience with incident management, system troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
