Garage Floors 4 Less is a leader in high-quality, no-peel 4-layer garage floor coatings and storage solutions.
We are growing quickly and handling a high volume of inbound leads. We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our sales team as a Client Success & Booking Specialist.
In this role, you will be responsible for responding to inbound inquiries, building trust with potential customers, and helping move conversations forward into booked appointments and sales.
This is a fast-paced, performance-driven position where strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to take initiative are key.
The ideal candidate enjoys speaking with people, staying organized, and following through to help customers take the next step.
What You'll Be Doing:
Responding to inbound leads (calls, texts, web inquiries)
Booking estimates for our sales team
Following up with past leads and keeping conversations active
Keeping notes organized and up to date in our system
Delivering a smooth and professional first experience for every customer

Assets (not required but a strong advantage):
Previous sales experience
Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) or CRM systems
Strong closing skills and confidence asking for the next step
A proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets

Compensation:
$20-25/hour (based on experience and performance)
Plus Performance-based bonuses and commission
This role rewards performance. The more you produce, the more you earn.
Schedule:
Full-time preferred
Some evening and weekend availability may be required
