About this Role:
This role plays a critical function in the ownership and delivery of ADAPT’s Private Events which consists of both virtual and in-person events. ADAPT have created market leading virtual and in-person events hosting end user c-level/executive peers and global speakers in an ******** and curated +0-minute to 2 hour session.
The role incorporates three main aspects: Event Management, Project Management & Client Management.
The role supports the Operations Director, Sales Leaders, Analysts, Marketing & Data Director in the creation, logistics and delivery of industry leading events across Australia and New Zealand. This will include internal and external stakeholder management as part of end-to-end project management and execution. The role also includes supporting the event team with the Edge event product, assisting with pre-event preparation and onsite delivery. The role requires someone who can think analytically and creatively with great interpersonal and communication
