What You’ll Do
Cultivate and strengthen relationships with an established client base, maintaining long-term partnerships.
Drive revenue growth by securing both new business and renewals products and processes.
Identify and pursue new opportunities in your region through proactive outreach, networking, referrals, and in-person presentations.
Collaborate with Account Managers to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate closely with teams across Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Operations, and Product Development to enhance client experience and drive company success.
What You’ll Bring
3+ years of experience in SaaS client success or account management
Bachelor's Degree
Experience with CRMs, particularly HubSpot
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level stakeholders
Proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities
