About the Role
We are a lean, agile team launching our latest product, easyAML, and we need dedicated Client Success & Onboarding Officers to help our clients hit the ground running. This isn’t just data entry; it’s a process-driven, client-facing role where you will be the first point of contact for new users.
You’ll be helping clients navigate the easyAML platform, ensuring their onboarding is seamless and their compliance journey starts on the right foot.
What You’ll Be Doing
Be the Guide: Handle client enquiries via email and chat, acting as the friendly face of easyAML.
Own the Onboarding: Guide new clients through the setup process—collecting documents, chasing up pending steps, and keeping the momentum going.
Coordinate: Schedule consultations between our new clients and the Business Development team.
Maintain Precision: Keep CRM records accurate and up to date, flagging anything unusual or outside the standard process.
What We Need From You
Student Status: You are currently enrolled at an Australian university (second year or above).
Communication Pro: Clear, professional written English is your superpower. This is the primary skill we will assess.
The Right Background: You are ideally studying Finance, Law, Business, Criminology, or IT. It’s not a dealbreaker if you aren't, but it definitely helps.
Consistency: You can commit to 10–15 hours per week on a consistent schedule.
