Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the retail banking sector
- Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their financial goals
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues they may have
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to increase revenue
- Monitor and analyze client performance and provide regular reports to management
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights to clients
- Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to showcase our products and services
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and relationship management in the retail banking sector
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of the local market and industry trends
