O'Brien Electrical & Plumbing Rowville, a locally-owned electrical business, is seeking candidates for a Project Administrator. We are looking to fill this position by bringing on a new staff member to join our experienced team. This diverse role includes the scheduling and maintenance of key projects and acts as the key lynch-pin between the office, sales team and on-site techs. Importantly, this role is a great springboard into our fastly growing business with fantastic training and development opportunities available.

PRIMARY PURPOSE

Efficient management of projects and daily communications

Be the glue between our on-site and office teams

GENERAL FUNCTIONS AND TASKS

Respond to all inbound calls and inquiries, including the scheduling of jobs

Allocate materials and tools required for jobs

Coordinate on-site access for jobs, including the planning and facilitation of work

Preparation of weekly and monthly reporting

Ensure all employees and sub-contractor records are maintained accurately and in a timely manner

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Fantastic communication skills

High level of computer literacy especially with computerised job management systems e.g. MS Office, particularly excel

Relevant experience in operations and/or administration

Proven ability to problem solve
