Job Description:
We are looking for a Client Support Assistant to join our team at BYJU'S, a leading educational technology company based in Kolkata, West Bengal. This is a full-time position that can be done remotely from your own home. As a Client Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions or escalating to the appropriate team member
- Assisting clients with placing orders, processing payments, and navigating our online platform
- Following up with clients to ensure their needs have been met and addressing any unresolved issues
- Collaborating with other team members to improve the overall client experience and achieve department goals
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system
- Proactively identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or client support role
- Independent and resilient personality traits
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to problem solve effectively
- Excellent people management skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
