Job Description
· As a Client Support Executive, the individual will be to interact with users through a series of actions and answer all queries, resolve issues via chat.
Individuals will work in conjunction with User support, Project Management, Development, and Quality Assurance teams to make sure that what was sold gets delivered, work with all internal departments until completion and roll out.
Responsibilities:
· Handling live chats and emails of multiple clients, calling customers as and when required (4-5 calls/day).
· Document, track and communicate client’s issues/needs/feedback
· Escalate high impact issues immediately and ensures all impacted parties are aware of such issues and their impacts
Providing a recommendation to management towards continuous process and product improvements
Qualifications:
· Minimum 2 years work experience in a client-facing role and chat support.
· Great verbal and written communications; communicate clearly and effectively with US clients.
· Should be swift in a typing speed
· Good analytical and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work in a high-pressure delivery-oriented team environment
· Ability to multitask and manage many complex tasks simultaneously
