Your field of responsibility
Your responsibilities include:
• Act as SPOC for Client/Auditors to confirm the trades/valuations while representing CS
• Responsible for managing all queries/discrepancies raised by internal & external clients
• Handle efficiency/control projects by actioning, distributing, and supervising progress
• Build positive relationships with business partners and clients while handling daily BAU
• Uphold and maintain the controls/risk and procedures/policies for the process
• Strictly enforce to Bank’s policies on Client data confidentiality

Your skills and experience
Candidate should possess the following skills:
IB Ops experience, Bachelor’s degree with business related coursework or equivalent degree with sound financial knowledge regarding investment banking products
Preferred 1 to 5 years of operations experience
Experience in working with products like Derivatives, fixed Income, Structured trades etc.
Strong communication skills: adaptable, clear, concise
Able to communicate effectively in English
Outstanding analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Good knowledge of MS Office applications, practical knowledge of Tableau/Alteryx/Power BI will be a plus
Innovative attitude resulting into ideas for operational improvements and implementation
Self-motivated, organized with good time leadership skills and accustomed to working with tight deadlines and flexible shift
