Responsibilities
Manage administration and expanded use of Marketo as the marketing automation platform
Ensure a successful configuration, implementation, and maintenance of all marketing programs within Marketo
Work with the Director of Marketing to target content for email nurturing and programs that move leads through the buying process
Develop campaign landing pages and conduct A/B tests to improve conversion rates
Track and measure marketing campaign ROI, attribution and sales effectiveness
Work with outside marketing agencies, CRM administrators, and internal marketing stakeholders to ensure data is clean, campaigns are executed on time, and marketing metrics are reported accurately

Job Details
Job Title: Clin Admin Coordinator
Location: Fully Remote
Work type: Contract to hire
Rate: $18-20/hr (based on experience) Increase once hired
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm PST

This job will have the following responsibilities:
• Consistently exhibits behavior and communication skills that demonstrate our company's commitment to superior customer service, including quality, care and concern with each and every internal and external customer.
• Sorts, filters and extracts data from reports and systems to create health plan required reports.
• Assist with projects geared to improve efficiency and cost savings
• Document preparation for health plan audits.
• Interaction with various health care facilities or providers for medical record request and retrievals.
• Ability to facilitate meetings with health care facilities
• Maintain data logs
• Uses, protects, and discloses our company's patients, protected health information (PHI) only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards
