Providence supports my goals from going back to school to being able to grow within my own position. I've been here eight years, and I've been able to grow and learn new things on a daily basis. They have these cool programs. They have education reimbursement for us. There's different programs that we can utilize to our advantage, and while doing that, you're working, and you're also being supported by great leadership. And that's one of the things that I admire about Providence St.Mary's, is that we have the ability to grow within our ministries, and we're able to achieve those goals with the assistance of our leadership.

The Clinical Care Coordinator- Certified is the key liaison between the patient and their Patient-Centered Medical Home team. Team includes providers, clinic staff, and other health care professionals. Clinical Care Coordinator works to ensure safety, best practices, and high quality standards are maintained for the patient across the health care continuum.

Required Qualifications:
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• 3 years - Recent health care experience working as a Medical Assistant.
• 6 months - Specialty areas: Recent experience working as a Medical Assistant.
Preferred Qualifications:
• College.

Providence Clinical Network (PCN) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care.
