Qualifications & experience
customer service skills Well presented, polite and tactful with an interest in helping people co-operative and facilitative manner
Experience as a dental assistant not a requirement
Ability to speak any Asian Language would be definite advantage
Tasks & responsibilities
Role 2
-You will be responsible for Assisting Dentists in the surgery (Role 2), autoclaving equipment, scheduling appointments, processing payments and responding to patient enquiries.
Full training to be provided for inexperenced candidates
Role 1
Responsible for Patient Support and Customer Feedbacks
Manage Phone calls and Front Desk
Take the Managers role in the case of the Abscence Senior Manager
Experience in Call centre or previous Managerial experience preferable
