RunReady is part of a company that includes RunAsYouAre, a Vancouver-based specialty shop offering top footwear, apparel, and accessories. Since 2013, RunAsYouAre has supported the local running community through weekly runs and events.
RunReady has launched the RunReady Performance Program, a new running health service available exclusively at the RunAsYouAre West 4th Avenue shop.

THE ROLE:
As a Clinical Education Specialist (Physiotherapist), you will lead the design and delivery of educational resources that strengthen clinical proficiency and optimize product use. In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with internal teams and clinical partners to develop, teach, and refine learning experiences that connect physiotherapy practice with the RunReady System. You will turn complex science into clear, actionable education that helps clinicians, partners, and runners use the RunReady System effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Education and Curriculum Development | 45%• Curriculum Design
Develop structured learning modules, training materials, and certification content that help physiotherapists integrate the RunReady System into their practice.
Content Creation
Produce engaging, evidence-based educational content including webinars, workshops, online courses, and written materials.
Instruction and Facilitation
Deliver live and virtual training sessions for clinicians, ensuring comprehension, engagement, and consistency in applying RunReady methodology.
Collaboration
Partner with Product, Research, and Brand and Marketing teams to align educational materials with platform updates and clinical standards.
Evaluation
Gather feedback, measure learning outcomes, and refine educational tools to maintain clarity and relevance.
RunReady Studio and Product Testing | 25%• Program Delivery
Deliver RunReady Performance Programs in the RunReady Studio to develop firsthand understanding of assessments, footwear matching, and prescribed training plans.
Education Refinement
Use in-studio experience to test and refine educational content and teaching methods.
System Alignment
Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to ensure that educational materials reflect the actual user experience.
Community and Events | 15%• Workshops and Events
Collaborate with Brand and Marketing to host educational workshops, demos, and live events.
Brand Alignment
Ensure all presentations and materials used in external events follow brand approved templates and tone.
Partnership Growth
Build relationships with clinic partners, universities, and health and wellness partnerships to grow awareness and participation in RunReady education programs. Work in conjunction with Brand and Marketing on partnership opportunities.
Community and Events | 15%• Partner with Brand & Marketing to promote RunReady through outreach, workshops, and educational events.
Provide clinical expertise for footwear launches and special campaigns.
Build relationships with referral sources and community partners to grow awareness and expand the client base.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Licensed and in good standing with your affiliated college
Specialization in run-specific assessments and treatment is an asset
Strong interest in running, biomechanics, and injury prevention.
Excellent communication skills—able to translate clinical language into clear, user-friendly concepts.
Comfort working in cross-functional teams (product, engineering, design).
Experience with digital health products, SaaS platforms, or tech-enabled platforms
Ability to meet the scheduling requirements of this position (10-40 hours / week in person at our studio on West 4th in Kitsilano, Vancouver)
Familiarity with Run Specialty / Retail is an asset

Base compensation starting at $48/hour
