About the role
This vital role inspires and supports our clinical team in residential aged care across the wider metropolitan area in person centred, best practice quality care. With a key emphasis on coaching our team capability, excellence and embedding a continuous learning approach that delivers on governance and regulatory frameworks. The role works collaboratively with our Quality, HR and senior leadership teams providing leadership and support to the Clinical Nurse Managers team to meet the Aged Care Accreditation Quality Standards.
About you
You’ll have a passion for ensuring quality care and a love of developing strong teams with a cohesive purpose. With extensive stakeholder management experience and the ability to design, and embed change you’ll be looking for a leadership team that is collaborative and focused on excellence. The aged care sector is undergoing significant transformation, to support that change we are looking for an experienced resilient leader, who is not afraid of hard work and wants to deliver great outcomes for our staff and the older people we serve.
Your experience will include:
Nursing qualification registered with APRHA registration
You will have experience within Residential Aged Care
Tertiary qualifications in health, management, business or a related field is highly desirable
Strong track record in leading person-centered, quality, and compliant services
Experience in Clinical leadership, coaching for performance, mentoring and professional development of others.
The ability to innovate, design, resource and implement service and delivery models
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
Most importantly, the energy, passion and drive to strengthen clinical care and practice for our residents
