Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Informatics Educator (RN) to join our healthcare team. This role supports clinician education, workflow optimization, and system adoption. These roles sit on the front lines of clinician adoption and support, partnering closely with informatics and clinical leadership to ensure clinicians are confident and effective in their use of clinical systems.
Educators will deliver training, support workflow changes, and act as a key liaison between technical teams and clinical staff—playing a critical role in ongoing operational success.
Requirements:
• Licensed RN with clinical background (hospital or ambulatory)
• Extensive Experience working with EHR systems (Athena, Epic, or similar)
• Strong clinician training and communication skills
• Ability to support clinicians through workflow and system changes
Preferred Qualifications:
• Informatics educator, trainer, or super‑user experience
• Clinical informatics certification
• Experience supporting EHR upgrades or go‑lives
Pay: $47.00 - $55.00 per hour
