Key Responsibilities
Provide expert clinical advice and guidance to nursing staff and other healthcare professionals
Develop and implement policies and procedures related to mental health care
Conduct quality assurance activities to ensure high standards of care are maintained
Requirements
Postgraduate qualification in nursing or a related field (essential)
Proven experience in a leadership role in mental health nursing (essential)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
