Join a compassionate, values-driven team where collaboration, respect and genuine care create a strong sense of belonging.
Help shape high-quality, person-centred care that supports older South Australians to live with dignity, choice and wellbeing.

That’s how many South Australians our people support each year.
As one of the state’s leading not-for-profits, we’re making a meaningful impact at scale. From foster care to aged care and everything in between, our services are as diverse as the people and communities we serve - and we’re growing our reach for the future.
It takes a special kind of person to work in this sector. Someone with real compassion and care. Could that person be you?
Apply now to become our next Clinical Manager and help lead meaningful aged care that changes lives across South Australia.
What you’ll do
As Clinical Manager, you will lead the delivery of exceptional clinical care in a residential aged care setting, ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality, person-centred support. Your leadership will help empower teams to deliver compassionate care while strengthening clinical governance, quality outcomes, and continuous improvement across the service.
Working closely with nurses, care teams and operational leaders, you will foster a collaborative and learning-focused environment where employees feel supported to grow. Your guidance will help ensure regulatory compliance, strong clinical practices, and positive experiences for residents and their families.
You will also play an important role in shaping a culture where dignity, respect and choice guide every decision — ensuring the wellbeing of residents remains at the heart of everything we do. These responsibilities align with the Clinical Manager role expectations outlined in the position description.
You’ll be trusted to make a valuable impact by:
Leading and mentoring clinical teams to deliver high-quality person-centred care
Overseeing clinical governance, documentation, and compliance with aged care standards
Managing quality improvement activities, audits, incidents and risk processes
Supporting workforce coordination, performance development and staff capability
Partnering with residents and families to ensure positive outcomes and experiences
What you’ll bring
To thrive in this role, you will have:
Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Registered Nurse or 3+ years in a Clinical Coordinator or Clinical Manager role
Demonstrated clinical leadership experience in aged or residential care
Strong knowledge of aged care standards, clinical governance and compliance
Ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities and drive quality improvement
Current National Police Check and right to work in Australia
We would also love you to have:
Postgraduate qualifications or further study in aged care or leadership
Experience leading multidisciplinary clinical teams
Background in case management and person-centred care models
Passion for continuous improvement and building positive team cultures
