About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
As a member of the multidisciplinary team, deliver contemporary advanced level clinical psychology and neuropsychology services that are based on valid and reliable evidence, that are in accordance with prescribed professional and ethical standards, and performed with a high degree of independence.
Utilise advanced level communication skills to optimise clinical outcomes and work cooperatively and effectively with clients and their families; the multidisciplinary team; other Hospital and Health Services including other mental health services; government and non-government support agencies, General Practitioners, and Private Practitioners.
Actively collaborate with the Team Leader to support effective clinical and operational delivery, and an innovative team culture, including recruitment, orientation, staff performance and development, giving and receiving feedback, positive problem solving, and supporting the achievement of key performance indicators
