About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Educator to join our team in a Retirement Village with Community Care in Canberra. The successful candidate will be responsible for staff training and development, ensuring that all learning and development activities comply with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
Deliver the orientation programme
Develop and ensure mandatory training is delivered to staff
Actively pursuing and supporting staff in obtaining scholarship opportunities and external learning experiences
Identify and address the learning needs of both individuals and the organization
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration
+3 years experience in this field
Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, and professional standards
Strong written and verbal communication skills
