RecruitNet International Ltd is specializing in relocating qualified professionals throughout Ireland and overseas, we guide you through the professional registration, job placement, visa and employment permit processing. We are hiring Clinical Nurse Manager 1 to a private hospital in Dublin.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the Clinical Nurse Management team in strategically and operationally developing, coordinating, and managing the service in accordance with national and regulatory standards, as well as best practices.
• Oversee patient care to uphold the highest professional standards through an evidence-based, care planning approach.
• Ensure that our residents and other individuals are treated with dignity and respect, while also promoting independence in their daily activities.
• Engage in collaboration with our residents, their families, caregivers, and fellow staff members in the development of treatment and care plans, as well as the provision of support and guidance
• Effectively communicate assessment findings, treatment and care programs, and recommendations to the team and other relevant parties in accordance with service policies.
• Coordinate the discharge or transfer of residents between services as necessary, ensuring a smooth transition and continuity of care.
Requirements
• Registered Psychiatric Nurse qualification and have accumulated 3 years of post-registration nursing experience, with a minimum of 1 year spent in adult mental health services
• Adept at working night shifts, bank holidays, and weekends, showcasing flexibility and dedication to providing quality care
• Background includes working in healthcare and hospital settings, particularly in acute mental health care
• Clinical experience in treating medical conditions and providing palliative care
• Possess a high level of clinical, managerial, and administrative competencies, enabling to deliver exceptional patient care..
