About the opportunity
Come join a not for profit dynamic team. This is the perfect opportunity for a highly experienced Registered nurse to take the next step in your career.
Provide quality client-focused care to patients, their family and carers, using a holistic approach
Assessment and monitoring of patients' physical and mental state
Be part of a multi-disciplinary team which requires you to provide highly responsive and flexible service to consumers and carers

Excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.
A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective patient care and management.
The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
A current NDIS Workers screening clearance
Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
Recognized tertiary qualification and current full Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Demonstrated record of achievement and experience working in Residential Aged Care.
