We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to join our team at the Sir Charles Gairdner Osborne Park Health Care Group. As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and management within the organisation, clinical division, and area(s) of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Practices as a Senior Registered Nurse (SRN) in keeping with the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Board Registration Standards and Nursing Practice Decision Flowchart.
Provides clinical leadership and management within the organisation, clinical division, and area(s) of responsibility.
Upholds and functions within the core values of the organisation of Care, Respect, Innovation, Teamwork, and Integrity.
Requirements:
Australian citizenship or permanent residency is an essential requirement for applicants to be considered for permanent positions in the public sector.
Qualifications and experience relevant to the position, including registration with the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Council.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to provide guidance and support to nursing staff.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
