As a Clinical Nurse Manager at Health New Zealand Bay Of Plenty, you will play a key role in leading our Paediatric ward team to deliver high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for managing the ward's operations, including planning, coordination, and evaluation of nursing services.

Experience in acute paediatric hospital nursing is desirable
