Clinical Nurse Manager
Located in Tamworth, Nazareth Care is a fully accredited not-for-profit organisation and home to +0 residents.

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to join our friendly team on a Permanent Full Time basis. Your passion and professionalism will be instrumental in enhancing the care and wellbeing of our residents.
About the Role:
Providing high-level clinical care, assessments and support
Leading and mentoring the team; driving improvements and best practice
Engaging with residents, family members, doctors and health professionals
Documentation and accurate record keeping
Requirements:
Bachelor of Nursing and AHPRA registration
2+ years experience as a Registered Nurse, ideally within Aged Care
Natural leader with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent clinical assessment and observation skills
Enthusiasm and passion for making a difference
