Clinical Nurse Manager – Residential Aged Care
About the Role:
The Clinical Nurse Manager will provide strong clinical leadership and support the multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care in line with best practice and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical oversight, guidance, and mentoring to care staff
Coordinate and manage care delivery for residents, ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards
Support the Director of Nursing in workforce management, staff development, and performance
Attend to clinical reporting, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
Liaise with residents and families, ensuring a high standard of service and satisfaction
Participate in board and operational meetings, contributing to service development and innovation
About You:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
Demonstrated clinical leadership experience within residential aged care
Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, ACFI/AN-ACC, and regulatory compliance
Full Australian working rights - no sponsorship available
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
A collaborative leadership style and passion for person-centred care
Experience managing care teams and supporting performance development
Proficiency in clinical documentation systems and reporting tools
