Overview
Joining the team of caring and professional palliative care nurses at Country Health Connect, you will provide high quality palliative nursing services to clients across various locations in the Barossa Hills Fleurieu community. Assessing individual client needs, you will plan, implement or coordinate appropriate service delivery from a range of accepted options. It is expected that you will provide support and guidance to newer or less experienced staff, Enrolled Nurses, student nurses and other workers providing basic nursing care. Make a real difference and feel like an important part of the community.
