About the Position:
This is a permanent full-time appointment with the possibility of extensions and/or permanency. The successful candidate will be based within the Community and Virtual Care Directorate, working closely with medical staff, nursing staff, and other health professionals to deliver high-level clinical services. You will have the opportunity to shape virtually enabled models of care for older adults residing in the EMHS catchment and contribute to improving the health and wellbeing of Western Australians.
