We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our clinical community nursing programme service, providing District Nursing in the community. The successful candidate will work as part of our established team of Nurses, Coordinators, Support Workers and other Allied Health professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing services to clients in their own homes.

Deliver palliative care, non-complex and complex wound care, medication management, and diabetes management.

Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A minimum of 1 year's experience as a Registered Nurse.

A current registration with the New Zealand Nursing Council.
