Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate pre, peri, and post-transplant care for all stem cell transplant patients.
Work collaboratively with haematology Consultants and nursing teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
Facilitate and support healthcare teams to implement evidence-based practice.
Requirements:
Registered General Nurse with valid NMC registration.
Master's degree (or working towards) in relevant field/or equivalent/higher post graduate qualification.
Extensive post-registration experience working effectively within haemato-oncology care.
Estimated Salary: £54,306 - £64,267 per annum.
