We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at BaptistCare Warena Centre, a premier aged care home in the Sutherland Shire.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in clinical nursing and experience working with older adults. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, developing and implementing individualised care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver evidence-based nursing care to residents in general care rooms and dementia care rooms
Develop and implement individualised care plans that address the unique needs of each resident
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes and improve resident quality of life
Contribute to the development of education programs for staff and residents
Requirements:
Registered Nurse qualification
Experience working with older adults in an aged care setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
