What you'll be doing
As the Clinical Operations and Support Team Manager, you will lead and manage all administrative operations across Cancer Services and the Crown Princess Mary Cancer Centre, ensuring efficient, high-quality support for patients, clinicians and staff. You will:
Manage daily administrative operations including reception, bookings, records, billing and correspondence
Lead, mentor and develop a large multidisciplinary administration workforce
Review, improve and embed efficient administrative processes and workflows
Oversee rostering, training programs and performance monitoring for staff
Support cancer services operations, including procurement, invoicing and virtual care processes

Selection Criteria:
Extensive experience working within administrative functions of a large public hospital (preferred) or other large institution.
Experience leading a team including staff management, recruitment, onboarding, mentoring and performance management.
Extensive knowledge of the Medicare Billing rules and experience in leading a team to comply with them.
Thorough understanding of and demonstrated experience in leading provision of a quality customer service experience.
Experience in undertaking process improvement work
Proven organisational skills and time management capability
Experience with electronic rostering and pay systems
Demonstrated experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) and other corporate applications such as Oracle Financials, HPRM/HPE.
